Weekend/Daily Reservations Policy: All rates based on cabin capacity. 30% deposit required. Ten day cancellation policy. $25.00 cancellation fee. No shows billed for entire balance. Early check in late checkout upon request (additional charges may apply). Cash, personal checks and credit cards accepted. Weekend rates apply to all holidays. Leashed Pets and additional guests welcome for an additional $10.00 per night. Balance for all rentals must be paid in full at or before check in. Lessee must be 21, have a drivers license/major credit card. Additional charges may include fees for cleaning, damaged or missing items. No smoking inside any cabin. Check In Time Is 3 PM - Check out time Is 11 AM. Advanced reservations recommended for all boat rentals.

Cash, personal checks and credit cards accepted. Leashed Pets and additional guests welcome for an additional $10.00 per night. Balance for all rentals must be paid in full at or before check in. Lessee must be 21, have a drivers license/major credit card. Additional charges may include fees for cleaning, damaged or missing items. No smoking inside any cabin. Check in time Is 3 PM - Check out time Is 11 AM. Advanced reservations recommended for all boat rentals. All groups renting 3 or more units are required purchase a boat pass for an additional $175.00 per cabin - The total may be applied to any combination of available rental boats and slips.
