3 Hospice Angelic Care in Tawas City is hosting an open house between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. to celebrate their recent move to the new location and the celebration of Hospice Month. The event will feature tours of the facility, refreshments and giveaways. Invites you to join us for an evening of music provided by Sunrise Harmony Chorus, Sweet Adelines and The Harmonie Meisters Barbershop Chorus at 7pm at the Kirtland Community College Center for the Performing Arts. Doors open at 6:15, show begins at 7pm and tickets are $20.00. A silent auction begins at 5pm in the theater lobby and a dinner buffet will be served at the Kirtland Grill for $15.00 beginning at 5:30pm. 12 Quilting the Kaye Wood Way-A Lecture/Demo/Trunk Show. Kaye has been on PBS-Tv with her show Kaye’s Quilting Friends for 40 seasons! 16 National Hospice Month Presentation at 11:00 a.m. At the NEW Ogemaw County Senior Center on M-33 In honor of our patients and families this November (National Hospice Month,) Hospice of Helping Hands, Inc. will host a community presentation to help people understand the valuable resource of hospice care. Lunch will be available at the Senior Center following the presentation for their suggested donation of $2 for seniors and $2.75 for guests.
